Many individuals are unaware of the significant impact hormones have on our overall well-being and bodily functions.
Hormones play a crucial role in regulating various functions such as metabolism, libido, acne, hair loss, weight, moods, and many more.
A hormone imbalance can result in symptoms such as depression, iron or other deficiencies, fatigue, and poor health.
Maintaining a proper balance of hormones is essential for optimal functioning.
An analogy would be using the wrong type of oil and gas in a vehicle, it may still run but not perform at its best and you may not be aware of the underlying issue.
While many people are familiar with the effects of a thyroid imbalance, it's important to be aware of other imbalances that may not be as well-known.
